Haiden Garrett, DC
Haiden graduated from the University of Western States with her Doctorate in Chiropractic. Originally
from Spokane, she has spent the past year in Alaska working with Veterans in the VA, along
with fishing and mountain biking. She recently moved back to the lower 48, to a farm in Mead.
She lives for skiing through the Inland Northwest, mountain biking, and weather permitting,
paddle boarding with family.
Working through school and the veteran community, Haiden developed a strong passion for
chronic pain and maintaining functionality despite pre existing trauma. This extends to most
people and athletes, as we compensate throughout our day, or slowly stop doing the activities
and sports we love due to pain. As a chiropractor, Haiden’s goal is not only to reduce pain, but
focus on your way of life and passions. How can we work towards more ski trips and longer
hikes? With an emphasis on manual therapies and patient education, she’s excited to help get
you back outdoors and where you love to be.
