SPORTS CHIROPRACTOR | MOVEMENT, REHABILITATION & INJURY CARE

Dr. Sylvia Tripp, DC, CCSP, is a sports chiropractor and founder of Kinetic Chiropractic & Massage in Post Falls, Idaho. Her approach combines chiropractic care, soft tissue techniques, movement assessment, and rehabilitation to help active individuals, athletes, and everyday patients move better, recover from injury, and stay active.

About Dr. Tripp

Originally from the Netherlands, Dr. Tripp developed an interest in sports medicine through her own experiences as an athlete. After years of playing soccer and experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care and physical therapy firsthand, she pursued a career focused on movement, injury recovery, and helping patients return to the activities they enjoy.

Dr. Tripp earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, where she received the Clinical Excellence Award.

Her background includes experience working in physical therapy settings and treating professional, collegiate, recreational, and youth athletes. This experience has shaped her functional approach to chiropractic care, with an emphasis on identifying movement limitations and developing individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans based on each patient's needs and goals.

While sports chiropractic is a major focus of her practice, Dr. Tripp works with patients of all activity levels experiencing musculoskeletal pain, mobility restrictions, and injuries.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Tripp enjoys snowboarding, hiking, traveling, live music, and spending time with her family and friends.

Sports Chiropractic & Injury Rehabilitation

Dr. Sylvia takes a movement-focused approach to chiropractic care that goes beyond addressing the location of pain. She evaluates mobility, movement patterns, soft tissue restrictions, and other factors that may be contributing to a patient's symptoms or limiting performance.

Depending on the patient's needs, treatment may incorporate chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue and myofascial techniques, movement-based rehabilitation, corrective exercise, and individualized recommendations.

Her goal is to help patients restore movement, improve function, recover from injury, and confidently return to sports, exercise, work, and everyday activities.
