About Seth

Originally from the East Coast and raised in Eastern Washington, Seth is proud to serve the community he calls home. As a Marine Corps combat veteran, he brings resilience, discipline, and compassion to every patient interaction while creating a supportive and focused environment for rehabilitation.

Seth's background in exercise science and personal training allows him to help patients develop better movement patterns, improve mobility, build strength, and confidently progress through their rehabilitation programs.

He believes intelligent, precise movement and consistent exercise are important components of long-term health and physical resilience. His approach emphasizes proper movement mechanics, progressive strengthening, and efficient exercise strategies based on each patient's individual abilities and goals.

Known for his dry wit and sense of humor, Seth builds an easy rapport with patients and helps keep them engaged and motivated—even through challenging rehabilitation sessions.

Outside of the clinic, Seth embraces his Norse heritage and is most at home in the great outdoors. He enjoys backpacking in remote wilderness, skiing, spending time on the water, exploring great food, and diving into the wonders of the cosmos.
