Callista has been a licensed massage therapist since 2022 and is passionate about helping patients feel their best through thoughtful, therapeutic care. She specializes in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, with a focus on relieving overuse injuries, back pain, and headaches. 

Callista enjoys working alongside the professional team to support each patient’s healing and wellness.

She strives to create a welcoming, comfortable space where patients feel heard and cared for, tailoring each session to meet individual needs and goals.

Outside of the office, Callista enjoys spending time outdoors, going for runs, cooking, and baking sourdough. She also loves spending time with her husband and their almost 2 year old daughter, filling their life with new adventures everyday. They also take care of her husband’s younger brothers, which keeps them busy.
