Sydney grew up in sunny Murrieta, Southern California. With local hot springs just up the road, holistic medicine was naturally woven into everyday life. As long as she can remember, self-sufficiency has been a strong interest—leading her to study medicinal and edible plants, gardening, herbalism, and massage therapy.

She graduated from Healing Hands School of Holistic Health, completing the extended Holistic Health Practitioner Program to gain training in a wide range of therapeutic modalities. Over the past two years, she has taken initiative to further her education in Myofascial Release, which has become a valuable addition to her massage practice.

Having navigated her own health challenges, Sydney understands what it feels like to not feel like your full self. She is deeply passionate about helping others live with as little pain as possible and supporting them on their journey toward greater well-being.

When she’s not working, you can find her cooking, hiking, or spending time at church.
